Have you added your Guardian Angels yet?

Making sure you’ve added your guardians is super important. Without guardians, no one will be notified if you activate an alarm, so we want to make sure you’re fully protected.

Here’s how you add your guardians:
1. Open the HaloGuard App
2. Tap the “My Guardians” box
3. Tap the + button to add your guardians

If you’ve already added Guardians but they haven’t accepted yet, remind them to open their HaloGuard app, and tap notifications to accept the invite. Once they do, they’ll move from your Pending Guardians into your Active Guardians. Then you’ll know they are ready to receive your alarms.

When you activate an alarm, either by pressing the SOS button in the HaloGuard app, or by activating it from your Galaxy Watch, your location and live stream audio will be silently sent to your Guardians. They’ll receive a loud alarm, can see your location, hear what’s happening and call emergency services through the HaloGuard app. But if no Guardians are added or your Guardians haven’t accepted, no one will be notified, which is why adding and confirming Guardians is so important.
