Change of Mind , Refund and Returns Policy

At HaloGuard we want you to be completely happy with your purchase so please make yourself familiar with our policies:
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, the following criteria apply:
- You have up to 14 days from the time you received the product to initiate a return
- The product must be returned undamaged and in new condition
- The product must be returned sealed in original packaging with all instructions and accessories
- You must provide proof of purchase
- For hygiene reasons, your HaloGuard must be returned in the original sealed and unopened packaging
- Returning a product for Change of Mind is limited to one occasion per person. You are not entitled on a future occasion to return for a Change of Mind product
- If you received a gift with purchase ( including a voucher) the gift must be returned when you return the product
Refunds
In which cases can you request a refund? Refunds are accepted under the following circumstances
- If your order is accepted for return due to Change of Mind ( under the terms of our Change of Mind Policy)
- If your order has a duplicate transaction
- If your order is associated with an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction ( subject to investigation)
- Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the month following.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective on arrival or damaged/lost in transit and these will be exchanged for the same item. We will meet all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act ( 1993 ). Please send us an email at info@haloguard.co.nz to advise of a pending return.
Shipping by HaloGuard
New Zealand
- We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders in New Zealand.
- Most orders are delivered in 3-5 working days. Please contact us immediately if your order has not arrived within 5 business days.
- We offer Standard Courier service, as well as Courier with Signature, which requires you or someone on your behalf to accept the order.
- Overseas Shipping will be calculated & charged at the time of purchase.
Shipping of Returns
To return your product, please email info@haloguard.co.nz for shipping details
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You must use a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
